Hello! I’m Stacey O’Gorman, a Certified Somatic Coach and Culinary Artist.

As a somatic coach, I specialise in helping women who feel stagnant or disconnected by exploring the connection between mind and body. I guide my clients toward deeper self-understanding, compassion, and authentic expression. Through somatic practices—focused on the body (from the Greek word soma)—including talk therapy, breathwork, meditation, sound, and movement, I help them access the innate wisdom within.

In the realm of culinary arts, I’m a freelance food stylist, private chef, cookbook author, and recipe developer. Whether through beautifully crafted dishes or transformative coaching, my mission is to inspire people to cultivate a deeper connection to pleasure, themselves, and their relationships.
