Culinary Arts

Food stylist / Recipe Writer / Private Chef / Cookbook Author

Growing up in New Zealand, I was heavily influenced by Aotearoa's crisp, sunny, lush environment and my family’s deep, unwavering love for all things food. After gaining a first-class diploma in Culinary Arts at Auckland University of Technology (AUT), I left NZ and set off to explore the culinary world, honing my skills in kitchens along the way.

I co-founded Meringue Girls bakery in London and published two well-received cookbooks - ‘Meringue Girls Cookbook’ + ‘Meringue Girls, Everything Sweet’ - co-written and styled by myself, and photographed by David Loftus (of Jamie Oliver).

Alongside building my businesses from the ground up - I have worked as a freelance food stylist and recipe writer for some top publications including Tim Walker for Vogue Italia, Wallpaper Magazine, Mr Porter, Grazia, Great British Food Magazine, Veggie Magazine and Guardian Cook in the UK, and more recently in New Zealand, my work has featured in Viva, Kia Ora Magazine, Fresh Media and Women’s Weekly to name a few.
